In accordance with the EU-wide restriction of 24.08.2020 <\/strong>pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020\/1149 <\/strong><\/a>regarding the placing on the market, transfer and use of diisocyanates, diisocyanates <\/em> may after August 24, 2023 neither<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>used industrially or commercially, either as a substance or as a constituent in other substances or mixtures, unless<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. the <\/em>concentration<\/em><\/strong> of diisocyanates individually and in combination is <\/em>less than 0.1 % by weight <\/em><\/strong>or<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. the employer or self-employed person ensures that industrial or commercial <\/em>users<\/em><\/strong> before using the substance(s) or mixture(s) <\/em>have successfully completed a training course on the safe use of diisocyanates<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
